Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Literacy Program Lead to enhance
organizational data literacy and foster a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic decision-making and enhance business operations
through enterprise-wide data literacy
Communicate the business value of data and implement a SMART
framework for data usage
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data literacy needs and
develop tailored training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or related field with 8+ years of
experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
Knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance principles
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills focused on stakeholder
engagement
Experience in Business Process Transformation
US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain security
clearance
