Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to
support various HR functions and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to
people operations and provide timely responses
Support benefits administration and maintain updated internal
resources and communications
Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline
processes, policies, and data analytics
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in an HR/People role
Familiarity with benefits, HR policies, and HRIS is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient with G-suite and Slack
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
