Account Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist III with MedHOST experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee claim submission and payment processes by reviewing and correcting claim edits, errors, and denials
Resolve escalated claims and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills
Research and analyze claim errors, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Revenue Cycle Management or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience with health insurance claims and follow-up
Experience with AllScripts and MedHOST systems is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding
