Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Support Specialist responsible
for overseeing the Blackbaud Constituent Relationship Management
system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for the Blackbaud CRM system, including
training new users and troubleshooting issues
Facilitate ongoing training and learn new features of BBCRM to
teach end users
Perform data entry, manage constituent merges, and ensure data
integrity through cleanup and correction tasks
Required Qualifications
High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and
Internet Search Engines
Current Associate's Degree or 2 years of development experience in
lieu of a degree
Familiarity with donor relations processes and donor
terminology
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM is preferred
