Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fulfillment Support Specialist to
manage logistics and support client fulfillment projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client-facing teams to define success metrics and
propose optimal fulfillment strategies
Coordinate project setup within the fulfillment management system
and ensure adherence to SOPs
Troubleshoot software-related issues and support internal teams
with documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in product support, operations support, or a
similar role
Proficiency with software applications and ability to learn new
systems quickly
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and project management
workflows
Customer-focused mindset committed to delivering exceptional
service and support
