Job Description:

A company is looking for an Analyst, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

Support corporate strategy through the identification and execution of corporate development transactions
Perform financial modeling and market analysis to identify corporate development opportunities
Prepare materials and reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on research and analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
1-3 years of experience in finance & accounting, corporate development, or M&A
Experience with complex financial analysis and modeling
Understanding of M&A transactions and acquisition agreements
Knowledge of the telecommunications networking industry is a plus
