HCM ERP System Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an ERP System Analyst- HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and evaluate system enhancements
Configure Workday modules and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users
Serve as a subject matter expert for Human Capital Management and support organizational change initiatives

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Associate's degree in Computer and Information Science preferred; Bachelor's degree is also preferred
Minimum 3 years of ERP configuration experience, preferably with Workday
Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a healthcare or related industry preferred
All relevant certifications required upon hire
