Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor other Business Systems Analysts, directing their
work and monitoring project status
Identify business system requirements and develop custom solutions,
including documentation, testing, and training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and
ensure data integrity and accuracy
Required Qualifications
BS Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of directly related experience, with 3+ years in a
leadership role
Preferred CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
certification
Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related
fields (3-5 years)
Strong working knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies,
including relational databases and big data technologies
