Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk Quality Control Program Lead
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for the design and implementation
of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Oversight Program
Manage the Quality Control Program Methodology, Coverage Plan,
Testing calendar, and related reporting tools
Collaborate with stakeholders and parent company to ensure risk
management processes align with organizational standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of experience in a Risk Management function, preferably in
Financial Services
5+ years of experience in Digital and/or Retail Banking
4-5+ years of experience in Operational Risk or relevant
experience
Understanding of regulatory environments, frameworks, and
requirements
