Job Description:
A company is looking for an R&D Tech Lead to drive technical
direction and innovation within their research and development
team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and architecture of new products and
technologies
Define and drive the technical vision for R&D projects and
initiatives
Mentor and guide a team of engineers while facilitating
collaboration across teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years
in a leadership role
Proven experience in research and development with a focus on
innovation
Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable system
development
Expertise in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms
Experience with new technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT
is a plus
