Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer IV to provide
technical leadership in telecommunications architecture and
support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize enterprise voice systems, ensuring high
availability across multiple sites
Mentor junior team members and oversee project management, ensuring
adherence to company standards
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for continuous
improvement in telecommunications processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Seven plus years of experience in a healthcare environment or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of information technology and healthcare
systems
Experience in medium scale project planning and reporting
Ability to mentor less experienced team members
