A company is looking for a National Account Representative to

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer care
and identify growth opportunities
Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining
professionalism
Manage inbound communications and proactively make outbound calls
to set customer appointments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must provide personal computer and hardwired internet
connection
Proficient in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
