DescriptionProvide dynamic leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data (including disparate data), enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, reporting projects and initiatives.Essential Functions

• Leads staff in the most advanced descriptive, initial concept to fully tested production, and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
• Expert use of the most current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
• Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high complexity predictive modeling and fact based management to drive decision making.
• Mentors less senior staff, leads cross functional teams, and routinely works on multiple highly complex assignments.
• Provides consultation to Sr. Leadership on a routine basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum EducationMaster's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline required.Minimum ExperienceProven expert and nine (9) years work experience in innovative measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated superior analytical skills with diverse analytics, data types, and statistical software and applications.Outstanding interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills.Proven leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications: ---Web analytics experience, including Adobe Analytics ---Experience with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing ---Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, and AI tools ---Growth and innovation focused for continuous improvementPay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
