Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the planning and execution of a program for champions
within strategic customer accounts
Collaborate with various teams to curate content and ensure
champions' voices are represented
Oversee daily operations, maintain documentation, and develop
communications to enhance program awareness
Required Qualifications:
Experience in program management or related fields
Strong background in cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to engage and retain program participants
Familiarity with analytics and reporting to drive program
improvements
Experience in creating and delivering effective communications
