Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel -
Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead litigation and dispute resolution matters involving customers
and partners
Provide legal counseling to various departments and divisions
within the organization
Supervise outside counsel and manage electronic discovery
processes
Required Qualifications
6 to 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house
setting
Experience in high technology and copyright litigation
Ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment
Possess a strong work ethic and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously with minimal
supervision
