Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal (In-House and
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft business entity governing documents and assemble KYC and
closing certificates for investment financing transactions
Assist with the review of vendor agreements and NDAs, and support
the compliance function of the firm
Manage corporate governance needs, including compliance projects
and corporate minute book maintenance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in drafting business entity governing
documents
5+ years of experience in assembling KYC and closing certificates
for investment financing transactions
Experience in reviewing vendor agreements and NDAs
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
General experience in corporate compliance functions
