A company is looking for a Weekend Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers by
responding to inquiries and streamlining communication
processes
Monitor a busy inbox and resolve customer issues via email and
phone with sensitivity and timeliness
Escalate potential problems or feedback from customers to the
auction team
Required Qualifications
Background in customer service
Knowledge of classic cars and a passion for automotive culture
Ability to interact professionally and positively with team members
and clients
Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving with empathy and
patience
Familiarity with the BaT brand and the types of vehicles
featured
