Job Summary:The Charge Nurse is a professional nurse who oversees the daily operations of a department to provide quality patient care while achieving organizational goals.Responsibilities:

Manage departmental operations to ensure efficient delivery of nursing care.
Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and meeting quality standards.
Comply with regulatory requirements, such as JCAHO and the Nurse Practice Act.
Collaborate with other departments to promote optimal healthcare delivery.Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing.
- 1 year of RN experience.
