• AHA or ARC Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM
• Tech certifications verification (e.g., CST, NBSTA, CT, ARRT, ARDMS)

  • 2 yrs Cath Lab exp. with travel or 3 yrs Cath Lab exp. with no travel req.
  • Neuro Cath Exp. Preferred.
  • Large Hospital
  • Compact or TN License at time of submittal.
  • Must live at least 100 miles from facility

      • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
      • Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
      • Photocopies may be requested for proof of attestation (e.g., Driver's License, State ID, Social Security Card)
      • Qualivis: Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs)
