Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an Operations Management Leadership Development Program position with a family-owned and operated company that has been at the forefront of the petroleum industry for over 60 years.


Position Details: Operations Management Leadership Development Program

Location: Flexibility required; program will likely begin in either Memphis, TN or Lubbock, TX

Full relocation assistance is provided

Shift: Typically, M-F, 8-hour shifts.

Compensation: $79-$81k, salary increases upon promotion (typically after 1 year)

Bonuses/Additional Compensation - Profit Sharing and incentive annual bonus opportunities (typically up to 10%).

Benefits: Company offers a benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short- and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match, profit sharing, and several other benefits.

Travel: 10% (occasional overnights)

Position Description:

Join a unique Leadership Development Program designed specifically for engineers to create a specific career growth and promotion track for you within the organization. The program is typically about 18-24 months in length, during which you will receive hands-on training and experience in plant operations, staffing/scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance/integrity/capital planning.

After completing your training, you'll be relocated to another Company site located throughout the United States, where you'll take on a Facility Management position.



Requirements:

4-year degree in a technical discipline or industrial-related field

Open to relocate up to two times, initially and upon program completion in 18-24 months

Demonstrated leadership experience

Be willing to listen to feedback, learn, and take on assignments that will stretch your abilities

Military Veterans are highly desirable
