A company is looking for an Area Field Sales Manager - Metro New
York.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and implement strategic plans across all sales
divisions, driving accountability and leveraging data
Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and
provide insights to corporate teams
Coach and train District and Store Managers to achieve sales
targets and analyze market conditions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
5-7 years of experience in retail sales and customer relations
In-depth understanding of sales components and market dynamics
Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
Ability to lead through organizational change and promote a
collaborative team culture
