A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Development, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage high-profile strategic partner relationships
Land and grow strategic USDC partnerships across the Americas, focusing on Latin America
Execute commercial deals and oversee growth programs to maximize ROI

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Strategic Business Development experience
Experience in financial services, payments, or blockchain/digital asset technology preferred
Proven ability to negotiate high-impact strategic deals with C-level executives
Excellent territory and pipeline management skills
Ability to collaborate with technical resources for solution development
