Due to company growth, Rusken Packaging is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician to join their team in Harrisburg, AR.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Work with sensors, limit switches, power transmission equipment, and bearings.
  • Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot pumps (air and electric).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Use CMMS to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives.
